The 6040 series consists of refrigerated, heated and ambient modular display cases available in 3 depths (625, 800, 1000) and as many as 16 types of glass gantries. The 6040 models allow for use across all commercial needs. 6040 display cabinets are perfect for storing and displaying: fresh pastries, monoportions, macarons, pralines, ice cream, ice cream cakes, butchery, cold deli, hot deli, brioches, pizza, bread. 6040 is characterized by a small height difference between the work surface and the display surface, which is always coplanar even when channeling between several modules. The minimalist feature of 6040 allows designers and planners to easily insert this type of display case into any design and stylistic context.

Wide range

The 6040 display case range has 9 lengths (from 900 to 3000 mm), 2 types of 90° open corners (squared and curved) and 3 depths (625, 800, 1000 mm)

Customization

All visible components can be customized by using Ciam's selection of Materials, which includes a wide variety of gres, acrylics, engineered stones, natural stones, epoxy powder-coated sheets, sheets with electroplating treatment, brass, and wood.

Channeling

6040 display cases can be perfectly channeled in aesthetic continuity regardless of the type of system (ice cream, pastry, deli, etc...)

Glass gantries

The wide range of 6040 display cases is completed with the possibility of combining as many as 16 types of glass gantries available in multiple heights.

Design focus

Paneled set-up

6040 showcases can be supplied with either solid or lacquered HPL paneling upon request.

Semi-finished set-up

6040 showcases can also be supplied in a semi-finished version, when coating is provided by the customer.

Drop-In set-up

6040 showcases can also be supplied with drop-in setup to be recessed into the top.

Adjustable shelves

Intermediate glass shelves, where provided, have integrated micro-lighting.
The adjustment system for both height and depth is through low-voltage electrified racks, which avoid the use of electrical cables.

Micro-perforated sheet

The air supply and intake are characterized by an elegant micro-perforated geometry.

Digital display

The temperature repeater is digital, flush with the top.

Matching hardware

The profiles and hardware are designed with a unique, minimalist style, most are made of steel with micro-cast molds, the standard finish is polished, but epoxy powder coating or galvanic treatment is available upon request.

Perfect thermodynamics

6040 showcases provide superlative performance thanks to a ventilated refrigerated system with an oversized evaporator that ensures very high internal humidity perfect for displaying and storing quality craft products.

R290 internal CU

All internal condensing units are hermetic and use the eco-friendly gas R290, which ensures minimal environmental impact and significant energy savings.

NoFog

The perfect transparency and lightness of the showcase is the basis of a quality display, which is why CIAM has patented an innovative anti-fog system that involves the use of 8mm-thick pyrolytic glass with low-voltage electrical resistances, so the effect of a classic glass showcase is achieved even with the use of hot glass.

Technical Features

Combi

Model 6040 is also available in a Combi version, which is ideal for expanding sales offerings. This version combines a refrigerated self-service compartment with a glazed one for assisted sales.

Gelato showcase with double air-flow

P1000 gelato display cabinets can be supplied with double air flow, which ensures perfect temperature equalization on all ice cream pans.

Gelato showcase with single air-flow

P1000 gelato display cabinets can be supplied with single- air flow, which allows for the insertion of storage ice cream pans.

Gelato showcase with lowered side arrangement

All gelato showcases can be supplied in the version with a lowered side panel that ensures perfect channeling in aesthetic continuity with the pastry models.

Multix

MULTIX technology can be applied to 6040 showcases and allows the implementation of work setting in adjustable temperature and humidity that can be monitored on customer requirements (patented system). Thanks to inverter technology and control software with Technology by Gelsystem, maximum efficiency and performance on the product is achieved because the temperature and especially humidity curve is constant and does not fluctuate violently. This is possible because heat is generated by injections of hot gas and no longer by electric heating elements. Inverter technology also provides great energy savings with extensive cost-saving benefits.

PETG sliding doors

The operator accesses the refrigerated compartment through sliding PETG doors with perimeter gaskets, that ensure the refrigerated compartment is hermetically sealed

Liftable evaporator unit

The evaporator unit can be supplied in the power-assisted lift-up version, this facilitates cleaning of the tank bottom.

Touch control unit

The Touch electronic control unit is supplied as standard.

Lighting

Lighting with 3000°K diffused LEDs are perfect for enhancing the products displayed in our showcases. The LED strips are integrated with the unique aluminum light fixture, both in the ceiling and fixed shelf versions and in the innovative version integrated with the height- and depth-adjustable shelf on a low-voltage electrified rod.

Ciam Connect

With Ciam Connect, the cabinet is connected online to a cloud from which all functions can be managed. Ciam connect also includes an alarm reporting and fault prevention service.

QR code

In the technical compartment there is a product label with a QR code from which user and maintenance manuals and other technical content related to the product can be downloaded.
