Ecosistema Intelligente: IA e Sostenibilità per il Futuro
(FNC3-S-05498)

CIAM is participating in the third edition of the Fondo Nuove Competenze — Italy’s national fund for workforce upskilling — through the project “Ecosistema Intelligente: IA e Sostenibilità per il Futuro” (FNC3-S-05498). The initiative reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to investing in its people as a strategic lever for growth, involving technical staff, office employees and production operators in a shared and structured training programme.

The curriculum addresses the key transformations shaping the manufacturing sector today: ecological transition in product design, sustainability reporting and corporate responsibility, artificial intelligence applied to marketing and communication, and environmental regulations governing recycling and sustainable operations. Rather than isolated courses, these are integrated pathways designed to build a company culture oriented towards responsible innovation.

For CIAM, training is not a compliance exercise — it is a long-term investment. Early results already show measurable progress in both technical and cross-functional competencies, with positive effects on organisational efficiency and the capacity to navigate an increasingly demanding international landscape. This project is one further step in CIAM’s broader commitment to continuous improvement: building the future by developing the people who shape it every day.

The partecipation to the International Trade Shows “HOST” in Milano, from 17th to 21th of October 2025,   and “SIGEP” in Rimini, from 16th to 20th of January 2026, were executed also with the support of:

SUPPORT OF INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH AND EXPERIMENTAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS 2023 ISSUED PURSUANT TO THE PR FESR UMBRIA 2021-2027, O.S. 1.1, ACTION 1.1.2

Study and development of a new generation of showcases for wine storage single-temperature and bi-temperature. 

The aim of the project is the study, development and creation of a new product, which is an absolute novelty in the wine storage sector, such as a new generation of refrigerators for wine storage (wine cabinet available in two versions: single-temperature and bi-temperature) with a very low environmental impact, both in terms of consumption and the recyclability of the product at the end of its life. The Company’s aim is to create original and green series products (going beyond the current scenario that sees totally customized products) intended primarily for the wine storage sector (the so-called wine cellars), without the use of Expanded Polyurethane (PU), with a high rate of recyclability, with the use of VIP panels (Vacum Insulated Panel) and high-efficiency compressors, with a strong focus on sustainability, thermal performance and the valorization of Made in Italy.
