Peccato di Gola – Fondo

The Verber Diego’s Peccato di Gola premises in Fondo (TN) has been furnished by CIAM S.p.A in collaboration with the firm Tecnohotel s.a.s of Mezzolombardo (TN) and GELSYSTEM s.r.l. of Viterbo, that supplied the central cooling.
The furnishing is composed by a 2600mm pastry 6040 TS showcase. The showcase is provided with the Multix system, that allow to adjust and monitor temperature and humidity according to customer needs. Then there is the pastry showcase Tortuga 3 refrigerated ventilated on all display levels. It is long 2000 mm and high 1350 with 3 shelves adjustable in height.
Showcases have internal RAL9005 Black powder-coated finishes and the worktop of the 6040 showcase is made of Black Marquinia Florim.
Showcases have been pre-arranged for remote control in compliance with the law 4.0.
Showcases and cash counter front paneling is made in Black Marquinia Florim.
CIAM supplied also the 7979 mm back-counter with s/s Matt Black RAL9005 powder-coated doors and worktop in Black Marquinia Florim.
