Winner – Foligno

Ciam was part in the renovation of the historical shop in Foligno as technological partner, under the artistic direction of designer Fabrizio Milesi.
Ciam provided the Compact Basic counters in the back-counter area, all the counters in the coffee and cocktail areas, the integration of deli/pastry 6040 display cases with Gres finishing, one Classic Plus cabinet, two multi-level cabinets with cold storage, one refrigerated Murozero cabinet for wine and champagne in the restaurant area and all the central refrigeration system for the proper functioning of all the refrigerated appliances.
