A new concept of flat display

The Flat series consists of refrigerated, heated and ambient modular showcases available in 3 depths (625, 800, 1000 mm) and as many as 16 types of glass gantries. Flat models, thanks to their minimalist traits, allow for use across all commercial needs. Flat display cases are perfect for storing and displaying: fresh pastries, monoportions, macarons, chocolate, ice cream, ice cream cakes, cold deli, hot deli, brioches, pizza, bread, fish, fruit and salads. Flat is characterized by its coplanar display to the work top, thus allowing designers and planners to easily incorporate this type of display case into any design and stylistic context.

Customization

All visible components can be customized by using Ciam's selection of Materials, which includes a wide variety of gres, acrylics, engineered stones, natural stones, epoxy powder-coated sheets, sheets with electroplating treatment, brass, and wood.

Wide range

The Flat display case range has 9 lengths (from 900 to 3000 mm), 2 types of 90° open corners (squared and curved) and 3 depths (625, 800, 1000 mm)

Channeling

Flat display cases can be perfectly channeled in aesthetic continuity regardless of the type of system (ice cream, pastry, deli, etc...)

Glass gantries

The wide range of Flat display cases is completed with the possibility of combining as many as 16 types of glass gantries available in multiple heights.

Design focus

Paneled set-up

Flat showcases can be supplied with either solid or lacquered HPL paneling upon request.

Semi-finished set-up

Flat showcases can also be supplied in a semi-finished version, when coating is provided by the customer.

Drop-In set-up

Flat showcases can also be supplied with drop-in setup to be recessed into the top.

Corner models

Flat showcases have a square corner model and a 90° curved corner model for each depth as standard; however, custom-made corner showcases can be produced upon request.

Channeling with one single display surface

Upon request, Flat refrigerated ventilated positive-temperature showcases can be channeled with the single display surface without visible intermediate side panel

Coordinated hardware

The profiles and hardware are designed with a unique, minimalist style, most are made of steel with micro-cast molds, the standard finish is polished, but epoxy powder coating or galvanic treatment is available upon request.

Adjustable shelves

Intermediate glass shelves, where provided, have integrated micro-lighting.
The adjustment system for both height and depth is through low-voltage electrified racks, which avoid the use of electrical cables.

Adjustable display surface

The display top of the positive temperature ventilated refrigerated showcases with H359 tank can be adjusted in height (100 mm)

Micro-perforated sheet

The air supply and intake are characterized by an elegant micro-perforated geometry.

Digital thermometer

The temperature repeater is digital, flush with the top.

Perfect thermodynamics

Flat showcases provide superlative performance thanks to a ventilated refrigerated system with an oversized evaporator that ensures very high internal humidity perfect for displaying and storing quality craft products.

R290 built-in CU

All internal condensing units are hermetic and use the eco-friendly gas R290, which ensures minimal environmental impact and significant energy savings.

NoFog

The perfect transparency and lightness of the showcase is the basis of a quality display, which is why CIAM has patented an innovative anti-fog system that involves the use of 8mm-thick pyrolytic glass with low-voltage

Technical Features

Liftable evaporator unit

The evaporator unit can be supplied in the power-assisted lift-up version, this facilitates cleaning of the tank bottom.

Storage cell

Positive-temperature display cases can be equipped with a storage refrigerated cell inserted in the technical compartment. The cell module can be classic or pastry with the arrangement for inserting EN60x40 tray or gastronomy with the internal rack for 1/1 GN trays.

PETG sliding doors

The operator accesses the refrigerated compartment through sliding PETG doors with perimeter gaskets, that ensure the refrigerated compartment is hermetically sealed

Multix

MULTIX technology can be applied to Flat showcases and allows the implementation of work setting in adjustable temperature and humidity that can be monitored on customer requirements (patented system). Thanks to inverter technology and control software with Technology by Gelsystem, maximum efficiency and performance on the product is achieved because the temperature and especially humidity curve is constant and does not fluctuate violently. This is possible because heat is generated by injections of hot gas and no longer by electric heating elements. Inverter technology also provides great energy savings with extensive cost-saving benefits.

Touch control unit

The Touch electronic control unit is supplied as standard.

Lighting

Lighting with 3000°K diffused LEDs are perfect for enhancing the products displayed in our showcases. The LED strips are integrated with the unique aluminum light fixture, both in the ceiling and fixed shelf versions and in the innovative version integrated with the height- and depth-adjustable shelf on a low-voltage electrified rod.

Ciam Connect

With Ciam Connect, the cabinet is connected online to a cloud from which all functions can be managed. Ciam connect also includes an alarm reporting and fault prevention service.

QR Code

In the technical compartment there is a product label with a QR code from which user and maintenance manuals and other technical content related to the product can be downloaded.
