Ristorante Cracco in Galleria – Milan

The Michelin star chef Carlo Cracco has chosen Ciam as supplier for the technology of his new restaurant in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele in Milan.
Specifically, Ciam supplied the ground floor with two custom refrigerated display for pastry and pralines along with compact refrigerated counters, all designed by Peregalli.
On the first floor kitchen, Ciam has also provided an exclusive refrigerated cabinet designed by the chef himself, with sliding doors and divided into four departments each with a different temperatures for Champagne, white wines, cheeses and cured meats.
