This series of refrigerated cabinets is ideal for being inserted flush into the wall, in continuity with surrounding wall coverings and with materials or finishes that can also be applied inside the cabinet itself, giving the impression that there are refrigerated niches in the covering. The range consists of fresh pastry (+4°C), semifreddo (-20°C), praline (+16°C) or wine (+6/+14°C) versions.

Installation flush with the wall

Murozero cabinets are designed to be inserted flush with the wall, creating a refrigerated niche in harmony with the surrounding space. The perimeter profile of the door frame is designed for flush insertion into plasterboard, ceramic panels or wood panels.

Customization

Murozero cabinets allow for a wide range of customization options: the back panels, shelves, interior sheets, frame, handles, and door screenprints are all customizable by using the wide selection of stoneware, quartz compounds, natural stones, woods, mirrors, ceramics, acrylics, powder coatings, and galvanic treatments included in the Ciam Materials catalogue and more.

Murozero Slide

Murozero Slide is characterized by its massive double pane glass coplanar sliding doors. The opening system is automatic with electric actuator and touch-less activation placed behind the door glass. This sliding system is applicable in both classic and Maxi versions, but only in the length of 2800mm.

Shelves

The shelves that can be applied to the Murozero cabinets are of two types: the standard clear glass one and the tubular steel frame. The standard finish of the metal part is satin-finished steel, which can be customized upon request with epoxy powder coatings or electroplated finishes.

Design Focus

Murozero Maxi

The glazed area of Murozero Maxi is wider, since the door height is 1880mm against 1502mm in the classic version. The door size is always 700mm.

Zero doors

Zero doors are made of triple pane thermal glass and are meant to be installed flush with the wall. Airtight closure is ensured by perimeter magnetic seals, door opening is up to 100°, and hydraulic hinges have controlled automatic soft closing. Zero doors can be heated on request to increase their anti-condensation performance, while for freezer versions heating is standard in addition to the application of the anti-fog film.

Concealed racks

The shelf system is adjustable through concealed racks built into the back panel.

Thermodynamics

The main change in the new design lies in the refrigeration system, now implemented with wall ventilation instead of top ventilation. This change not only saves height space, but also provides greater accessibility to the refrigerator components both during installation and maintenance.

Lighting

Lighting is indirect and uses no-spot LEDs with neutral 3000°K gradation. Strip-LEDs are placed in the vertical uprights and upper crossbeam. A cooler (4000°K) or warmer (2700°K) gradation is available upon request.

Touch control unit

The touch control unit is standard and it is integrated to the upper crossbar of the module. In the same channel it is possible to insert the “dimmer” button for adjusting the lighting intensity and possibly the switch-on/switch-off button for switching from positive to negative temperature.

Technical Features

Electronic tangential fans

Tangential fans are electronic with low noise impact (<25dBA).

Remote condensing unit

Exclusive Zero cabinets are usually supplied with remote condensing units, in which case FGAS R452a is used.

Connection to refrigeration rack system

Upon request and with prior verification and approval by the technical department, CO2 systems for connection to refrigeration rack systems can be planned.

Electric defrosting

Automatic defrosting is electric to speed up the melting of ice in on the evaporator, preserving proper operation of the refrigerator even under the most extreme conditions

Mechanical thermostatic valve

The mechanic thermostatic valve is part of the standard equipment. It provides a practical and convenient solution for regulating the refrigeration system.

Electronic thermostatic valve

Electronic thermostatic valve can be requested as optional equipment.

Hatch to access the technical compartment

In the Murozero cabinet, a concealed hatch has been incorporated in the lower base, under the bottom shelf, which allows the operator to directly access the technical compartment from inside the cabinet, where the electrical, refrigeration, and plumbing components are located. With this development, there is no need to remove the front panel, which is often made of plasterboard.

Ciam Connect

With Ciam Connect, the cabinet is connected online to a cloud from which all functions can be managed. Ciam connect also includes an alarm reporting and fault prevention service.

QR Code

Inside the cabinet a product tag with a QR code can be found. The code links to a page where user and maintenance manuals and other technical content related to the product can be downloaded.
