Wide range
Tortuga showcases are available in five lengths (900, 1000, 1200, 1500, 2000 mm), two types of angles (right and left), two depths (625, 800 mm), two heights (1200, 1350 mm).
Customization
All surface finishes, coatings, and screen printing of glass can be customized using Ciam's wide selection of Materials including gres, acrylics, engineered stones, natural stones, epoxy powder coated sheets, sheets with electroplating treatment, brass, wood, and ceramic coatings.
Channeling
Tortuga showcases can be channeled in aesthetic continuity and offer great customization options.

Design Focus
Paneled set-up
Tortuga showcases can be supplied with either solid or lacquered HPL paneling upon request.
Semi-finished set-up
Tortuga showcases can also be supplied in a semi-finished version, when coating is provided by the customer.
Drop-In set-up
Tortuga showcases can also be supplied with drop-in setup to be recessed into the top.
Double pane glass gantry
Tortuga glass gantries are distinguished by a double pane glass gantry with no visible hardware. The 'black' screen printings are standard, but can be customized with ceramic coatings of your choice or the exclusive mirror version.
Frameless glass gantry
The frameless layout enhances the transparency and visibility of products within the showcase.
Sliding doors
Access to the refrigerated compartment is through double pane glass sliding doors with automatic closing and magnetic stop to facilitate loading operations.
Premium doors
In the negative-temperature version, access to the refrigerated compartment is through heated thermal double pane glass doors without a center pillar to facilitate loading operations.
Self doors
In the Self-Service version, access to the refrigerated compartment is through double-glazed doors with transparent panels for channeling the flow of refrigerated air. The absence of a center upright facilitates loading operations.
JWL drawers
In the Jewellery version, access to the refrigerated compartment is through full-extension pull-out drawers.
Adjustable shelves
The shelves can be adjusted in height on a low-voltage electrified rack, thus quickly and easily without the use of electrical cables.
Digital display
The digital temperature repeater is inserted flush with the top.

Cold ventilated refrigeration
Cold-temperature refrigerated display cases are equipped with a high-efficiency ventilation system that ensures high internal humidity, which is ideal for the proper storage of displayed products, especially fresh pastries.
Low ventilated refrigeration
The low temperature refrigerated display cases are ventilated and offer outstanding performance, also thanks in to automatic hot gas defrosting.
Self-Service
Tortuga Self display cases feature sophisticated thermodynamics that ensure constant temperature on all display surfaces. Forced air circulation takes place through transparent panels integrated with the doors, that canalize its flow over all display surfaces.
Technical Features
JWL version
The high internal humidity of the JWL version of Tortuga makes it ideal for storing gastronomy and fresh meat. Access to the refrigerated compartment is via full-extension pull-out drawers.
Tortuga GN
Tortuga display cabinets can be supplied with the Gastronorm set-up, which features a display shelf arranged to accommodate one-unit GN trays. In this case, too, refrigeration is ventilated on all display shelves.
R290 built-in CU
All internal condensing units are hermetic and use the eco-friendly gas R290, which ensures minimal environmental impact and significant energy savings.
Ventilated warm
Heated Tortuga showcases are equipped with a ventilation system on all display shelves, with heating by electric resistances.
Ventilated humid warm
Gastronorm heated showcases utilize a hot, humid, ventilated system, with heating provided by both electric resistances and heating lamps on each display shelf.
Lighting
The shelves are made of glass and have built-in micro-light fixtures with diffused LED lighting at a gradation of 3000°K. A cooler (4000°K) or warmer (2700°K) gradation is available upon request.
Ciam Connect
With Ciam Connect, the cabinet is connected online to a cloud from which all functions can be managed. Ciam connect also includes an alarm reporting and fault prevention service.
QR code
In the technical compartment there is a product label with a QR code from which user and maintenance manuals and other technical content related to the product can be downloaded.
