Santa Maria degli Angeli, Italia 2025 Ciam Lab

Entirely designed and furnished by CIAM, the new space of Gelateria Demetra in Santa Maria degli Angeli is characterized by a modern and functional design, inspired by elements and suggestions from nature. The environment, including materials such as natural oak wood and Santa Margherita Metropolis quartz composites used to cover the Circle pozzetti, reflects the authenticity of the artisanal gelato concept, where exclusively natural ingredients take center stage. A 130-square-meter space, conceived and logistically organized by CIAM to meet the needs of productive and commercial optimization, sustainable innovation, and aesthetics. A project marked by technology and tailor-made design that has equipped the gelateria with the following CIAM products:

  • Standard line refrigerated and ambient counters, with a worktop in Santa Margherita Metropolis Beige.
  • A dry warm Tapas display case integrated into the counter.
  • A custom Tortuga with adjustable temperatures from -18°C to +4°C, with door finishes in RAL 9010 pure white.
  • Two Circle ice cream counters 12+12 flavors, with a worktop in Santa Margherita Metropolis Beige, flush lids, and loop handles.
  • One Circle ice cream counter 6+6 flavors, with a worktop in Santa Margherita Metropolis Beige, flush lids, and loop handles.
  • Two Exclusive Premium cabinets at positive and negative temperatures, ideal for storing drinks and ice cream cakes, with finishes in RAL 9010 pure white and glass shelves.

Additionally, CIAM took care of the creation of displays in RAL 9010 pure white painted tubulars and the entire paneling of the walls and counter, in semi-flamed natural oak wood with vertical engravings painted in RAL 9010 pure white.
