The latest edition of Sigep closes with record-breaking attendance, and CIAM confirms itself as the event’s absolute protagonist
Some numbers: visitors from over 160 countries, 1,200 brand exhibitors from 35 countries, over 500 buyers from 84 countries, 5,200 business meetings and 3,250 students from 70 hotel schools and professional institutes, 3 international competitions and 25 countries participating in Gelato World Cup, Juniores Pastry World Cup and European Gelato Challenge. The last edition of Sigep was the most international, innovative and sustainable ever, and CIAM’s space was one of its most popular highlights.
CIAM’s Pure Evolution and the set created in hall A3, booth 055 created a magical moment of discovery that brought together the industry’s biggest players and guided them on a path of technology and design excellence. The experience of increasingly fluid automations and components that dramatically expand functionality and interaction possibilities were in the spotlight for anyone who wants to enhance their product and business in its qualitative and aesthetic features.
Speaking about CIAM’s ability to create perfect refrigeration technology and its importance to food & beverage excellence was bartender Bruno Vanzan, an international icon of cocktail art. In an exclusive event during Sigep, CIAM and Vanzan presented their recent collaboration, which promises big surprises in this 2024. Among the most important previews introduced at Sigep, there is also the launch of the new brand Prima Refrigeration of the CIAM group elevated the curiosity of all present with its line of smart products in ready to deliver.
