A Ciam space between technology and artisan knowledge.

The Rimini’s Exhibition Centre will host the quintessence of the art of dessert: on January 18 the new edition of Sigep, the International Gelato, Pastry, Craft Bakery and Coffee Exhibition will start. Until 22 January 2020, for its 41st year the professional excellences of 5 sectors interconnected by the world of dessert will gather in a space of 129,000 square meters, bringing their experience, their uniqueness and their innovations.

As a leading company on the international scene and in the supply of design and technology for the furnishing of bars, pastry shops and restaurants, CIAM will present its flagship products. Efficiency, harmony and high customization possibilities are the cornerstones of a production collected in three series: Horizontal Showcases, Vertical Showcases and Ice Design Live Stations.

Pieces linked by a vision that has always aimed at technological innovation attentive to aesthetics, as well as functionality: in the CIAM exhibition area at Sigep it will be possible to see the new anti-fog systems without visible resistances, the Multix technology created in partnership with Gelsystem, and the new Pure Acrylic Stone trays, conceived and patented by the ice cream designer Raffaele De Angelis for the Ice Design Live Station line.

Visiting the CIAM exhibition area means creating a real experiential tour within the design, technology and artisan knowledge that the Umbrian company has been innovating for over 40 years.

The colorful side of pastry

On the dates of 19 and 20 January, from 11:30 am, the CIAM stand will be the scene of two talks with two exceptional guests: the event The Colorful Side of Pastry will feature two masters of modern pastry, Damiano Carrara and Andrea Besuschio.
