• 2 Classic HOT, with the same finishes as the positive-temperature models;

• 2 6040 display cases with custom R4 glass gantry, equipped with glass slides. Worktop, perimeter top and display trays were made of Laminam Calce Bianco

OTTOLENGHI AREA

• 2 6040 display cases with custom R4 glass gantry, equipped with glass sliding doors and fixed shelf with lighting. Work top, perimeter top and display trays were made of Laminam Calce Bianco;

• 2 display cases 6040 with custom R4 glass gantry, equipped with glass sliding doors. Work top, perimeter top, and display trays were made of Laminam Calce White; display cases are also equipped with positive temperature static cells

BAKERY AREA.

• A positive-temperature Flat showcase with custom R4 glass gantry, equipped with glass sliding doors. Worktop, perimeter top and display trays were made of Laminam Calce White; A ambient Flat showcase with custom R4 glass gantry, equipped with glass sliding doors. The worktop was made of Laminam Calce White.
