Dario Cecchini, Italy’s most famous butcher (and not only) lands in Erbusco, Franciacorta, and chooses Ciam for his new restaurant Quintale. The space has been furnished in a rustic-contemporary style, with a counter for the cocktail bar and a refrigerated cabinet by Ciam in the main room to display the half-carcasses. The cabinet is an Exclusive 74S model with a custom height of 3 meters, equipped with Premium triple-glazed doors and polished steel finishes, the same ones used for the interior and exterior of the cabinet.
