Pasticceria Gamba – Martinengo

Gamba Pastry Shop, founded in 1958 by Luigi Gamba and his wife Colomba, is located in Martinengo, Bergamo. After more than 40 years, the management passed to their daughter Gigliola and her husband Rinaldo, who have kept the high-quality pastry tradition alive. Today, the third generation, represented by Giorgia, has entrusted architect Massimiliano Gamba with the task of renovating the store, creating a refined and welcoming environment with natural materials such as walnut wood, Carnico gray marble, and brass. For the furnishings, CIAM technology was chosen, which provided:

An Exclusive Premium cabinet at negative temperature. The internal and external finishes were made with satin matte gold liquid paint.

Three display cases 6040, two for pastries and one at ambient temperature. The display cases are equipped with custom glass cases, opening downwards, and two display shelves. The perimeter top, display trays, and visible sheets are painted in RAL 7021.
