The Exclusive Premium refrigerated cabinets meet all multilevel refrigerated vertical display needs with a wide range of customisations in finishes, dimensions, and layouts. Exclusive Premium refrigerated systems cover a wide range of commercial configurations; positive-temperature versions are optimal for fresh pastries, chocolate, red wines, white wines and champagnes, fresh meat for display and packaged meat, cheeses and cold cuts; there is also a special version for meat dry-aging with a dedicated system, humidity control and Touch- Pro electronics for inputting and managing dry-aging recipes. Negative-temperature versions are excellent for displaying frozen pastries and ice cream cakes.
