Paszkowski – Florence

Projects

Florence, Italy 2020 ABA Spa

Located in the heart of Florence in Piazza della Repubblica since 1846, Caffé Paszkowski (that was declared National Monument in 1991) chose CIAM technology for its restyling.
CIAM supplied the new showcases 6040 P800 with customized glass structure and an innovative anti-fog system of glass patented by CIAM, customized powder-coated exhibition area, in bronze finishing.
Both in the counter and in the back-counter there are customized Compact Basic modules, powder-coated with the same finishing of the showcases. Near one of the entries, there is a Brilliant TP refrigerated cabinet for single-portions of desserts. Then, there is also a Brilliant TP cabinet for wines, customized as for dimensions, exhibition and storage of prestigious wines. This cabinet has mirrored doors on customer side and powder-coated, in bronze finishing, on operator side.
Finishing design of the whole furnishing had been supervised by architects Paolo Becagli, Alessandro Interlando and Nicola Urbinati and expertly executed by ABA Spa of Arezzo.
