Exclusive Premium refrigerated cabinets are available in both positive and negative temperature versions. The Exclusive Premium line also includes the Exclusive Premium MA, a version specifically dedicated to the world of meat maturation. They are available in 4 lengths: 700, 1400, 2100, 2800 mm, while the depth is 740 mm. The refrigeration system is ventilated with the evaporator positioned in the back. The tanks are monolithic and insulated with environmentally friendly polyurethane. Standard sides are blind, but can be supplied in triple-glazed glass upon request.
Premium doors are triple-glazed thermal and have the feature of covering the entire front surface of the cabinet. Upon request, the doors can be equipped with the classic mechanical key lock, or request electronic locking with Rfid badges.
The shelves are adjustable in height and are made of bent steel in their standard version. You can customize Exclusive Premium murals not only in size, but also through the wide range of existing shelves (as many as 12 types). It is also possible to request interior finishes with RAL epoxy powder coating or the use of stoneware.
The standard interior finish is satin-finished steel. Lighting is indirect integrated into the door frame with diffused 3000°K LEDs. Doors are supplied with RAL 7021 screen printing that can be customized upon request.
Exclusive Premium cabinets can be channeled in aesthetic continuity, thanks to the sides included in the door step.
The patented Slide system is applicable to the Exclusive family of cabinets: this is an automated door opening and closing system with a touch-less sensor.
The Exclusive Premium MA wall unit possesses the same aesthetic features as the Premium range, but differs from it in the following peculiarities:
- dedicated refrigeration system for ripening and maturation of meat with humidity generator integrated in the technical compartment
- base H500mm for both internal and external compressor versions
- control unit is of the Touch Pro type equipped with dedicated electronics for entering and managing maturation or maturation recipes
- standard shelves are in satin stainless steel with containing tray for possible liquid pouring
