The GASTRONOMY series includes a wide range of refrigerated modules: the door measure is 450mm for 4 lengths, 4 heights and 1 depth of 660mm. There are 4 types of system: cold ventilated application , ventilated frozen application, meat dry-aging and ventilated humid hot application. The modules have standard solid doors, but on request it is possible to equip them with drawers. The conter is composed of a stainless steel profile with height adjustable feet. The H650 and H750 bases can be supplied with a stainless steel top
