After
opening six locations in Paris and Barcelona, the bakery-pastry chain
Bo&mie is arriving at the TGV station in Aix-en-Provence. Founded in 2017
by Magali Szekula and Jean-François Bandet, Bo&mie has become famous on
social media for its flans and New York Rolls, part of a 100% artisanal
offering.
Ciam, in collaboration with Caméléon Concept, created the custom refrigerated display counter (complete with paneling) and cash register furniture. Specifically, 6040 display cases with fixed R413 glass gantry were used, featuring a Santa Margherita white vega stone worktop and RAL 9016 powder-coated steel display trays. These finishes complement the chosen paneling in Egger chene sorano.
