Refrigerated Display Cases for Luxury Pralines: the Nina Métayer Corner at La Samaritaine

In the heart of La Samaritaine in Paris, the Destination Chocolat corner by Nina Métayer—named World’s Best Pastry Chef 2024—redefines the concept of pastry-making as an immersive experience. A gastronomic carriage with strong visual impact, where design, craftsmanship, and technology come together.

The project, conceived by the agency Stories, required solutions capable of combining aesthetics and performance. For this iconic space, CIAM supplied refrigerated display cases for luxury pralines, designed to enhance chocolate creations within a premium retail environment.

CIAM’s Jewellery display cases are equipped with double pull-out drawers, finished in Alpi Ready Xilo Walnut Striped, and feature refrigerated counters to ensure precise temperature control, optimal product visibility, and seamless integration with the bespoke interior design. An ideal solution for high-end pastry and chocolate environments, where every detail makes the difference.
