CIAM contributed to the fit-out by providing dedicated solutions for product preservation and service, with a particular focus on the integration of functionality, operational efficiency, and the venue’s identity.

The focal point of the space is represented by two Circle pozzetti counters, which define the sales area with a refined and understated presence. Equipped with glycol technology, these units are specifically designed to preserve gelato under controlled conditions, helping maintain its quality throughout display and service. The counters feature Absolute Black Laminam flush lids and are complemented by a welded glass display case, a solution that enhances product presentation while contributing to the overall visual harmony of the environment.

Supporting daily operations, the project also includes reserve gelato tubs with a ready-to-scoop system, designed to ensure uniform product temperature within the reserve containers and preserve the gelato’s quality characteristics over time.

Completing the installation are custom-shaped ambient and refrigerated counters from the CIAM Standard Line, tailored to fit the venue’s layout. The worktop, crafted in Laminam and custom-shaped, extends seamlessly to incorporate the cash desk, creating a cohesive and highly functional composition. The base units feature a powder-coated finish in NCS S0520-Y10R, a soft, light-toned shade that complements the project concept and reinforces its aesthetic identity.

The display offering is further enhanced by the K2 showcase, dedicated to semifreddo specialties.

A project that successfully combines product preservation, operational functionality, and attention to design.
