Sardano Cafè – Brindisi

The company Arredamenti Commerciali has chosen CIAM technology to equip the Sardano Café. Line 6040 display cabinets have been chosen for the café, equipped with G1 model glass display case. This glass case is characterised by the sliding glass top on the operator side with soft closing and magnetic catch flap. There are two 6040 channelled display cabinets, one for pastry, equipped with 3 dry hot plates, and one for ice cream, including 24 ice cream trays. The panelling of the display cabinets is in Touliper Walnut, while the worktop and perimeter of the display cabinets is in Laminam Noir Desire with a matt finish.

The supply is completed by refrigerated and neutral back counters from the Compact Basic line with a matt black Laminam Noir Desire top.

The front paneling of the bar counter is made of Laminam Noir Desire, recalling the top of the display cases and the base units.
