Pleincœur – Paris
Projects

In the heart of the picturesque Batignolles district in Paris, renowned chef Maxime Frederic has opened his boulangerie-pâtisserie, Pleincoeur. Together with his wife Claire, co-founder and pastry chef Gaëtan Lucas, and baker chef Antonin Racinet, he has created a unique place inspired by his beloved Normandy.
Here, customers can find a wide range of products: bread, pastries, yogurt, delicious hazelnut spreads (ground on-site with a stone mill), chocolate, savory creations, and a selection of coffee!
Pleincœur is also an extraordinary project for Caméléon Concept and Ciam, who, thanks to their synergy, have created fully customized counters and refrigerated display cases. Ciam provided the technology for the establishment, creating the following products:
- A custom curved pastry display case model Flat with curved glass. The UV glued glass gantry is TS model and the finishes are made of anodic bronze epoxy powder-coated sheet metal. The display trays, perimeter top, and worktop are made of bone-colored Corian.
- A custom 6040 display case, also equipped with curved glass, UV glued glass gantry, TS model, with anodic bronze epoxy powder-coated finishes.
- A Flat display case with a completely curved showcase, equipped with a display shelf and anodic bronze epoxy powder-coated finishes.
- A refrigerated pastry counter, equipped with 60×40 trays.
