Pâtisserie Sofia – Geneva

Located on Rue de la Tour Maîtress in Geneva, Pâtisserie Sofia, the first in what will soon be a chain of stores, is both a modern, fresh and warm boulangerie and a gourmet meeting place.

The spaces feature muted tones of pink, pistachio, light blue and lilac, chosen to blend harmoniously with the store’s feminine name, enhanced by neat lighting that highlights the products on offer.

The CIAM technology selected for the shop consists of the following display cases:

• Two Flat pastry showcases with G1 model glass gantry, front glass equipped with CIAM’s patented NoFog anti-fog system, with worktop, perimeter shelf and display trays in Madreperla Quarella
• A Compact counter with hinged doors and float glass top
