Pasticceria Faiella – Salerno

The new Faiella pastry shop opens in San Marzano Sul Sarno, in the province of Salerno. For the realization of this place, the company Imago srl (SA) chooses the technology signed CIAM. Four ventilated refrigerated Flat display cases with lift-up glass gantry model R4UP have been supplied. Three of the showcases supplied are equipped with the patented Multix intelligent refrigeration system, developed in collaboration with Gelsystem. This is a revolutionary device that facilitates and digitalizes the functions of the instruments and allows a constant energy saving. Multix technology makes it possible to combine different worktops within the same product. An intuitive touch screen implements electronic temperature and humidity control.
The fourth Flat display case is also ventilated and equipped with a hot plate.
The front paneling of the display cases is made of Glacier White Corian and the cover is in RAL 1036 Pearl Gold with a matte finish.
Ciam has also supplied a refrigerated cabinet model Exclusive 74S (operating temperature -18°), with handles powder coated in RAL 1036 Pearl Gold in matt finish.
Neutral and refrigerated counters complete the equipment.
