Pansud – Francavilla Fontana (BR)
Projects
A bakery between history and contemporary architecture
In the heart of Francavilla Fontana, Pansud bakery takes shape in a former convent, where historical architecture and contemporary language coexist in perfect balance. The project, developed by CIAM partner Scalera Group from Taranto, enhances materials through neutral surfaces, soft tones, and natural light, creating an intimate and elegant atmosphere.
CIAM display cases integrate seamlessly into the concept, enhancing the presentation of baked goods and pastry products. The Flat solutions, featuring Nero Marquinia marble tops and RAL 9005 finishes, define a clean and refined space, complemented by ambient counters with marble tops that ensure both aesthetic and functional continuity. The R4UP glass gantry, opening upwards, guarantees perfect tank cleaning.
These are complemented by the Exclusive Zero vertical display case, adding depth and visual momentum, and the Jewellery display case, designed for pralines and pastry, featuring a display surface and perimeter top in amber mirror.
Neutral counters from the Standard line, with marble tops, complete the composition, ensuring overall visual and functional consistency.
The result is a harmonious and contemporary environment, where the product takes center stage, supported by display solutions that combine design and performance.
