After setting up the store in Piazza Matteotti in the heart of the historic center of Perugia, the famous gelato maker master Cianuri has again chosen CIAM to set up the new store in Via Ruggero d’Andreotto. CIAM supplied a Brilliant cabinet having two different temperatures (Low Temperature / Praline), two Ice Queen 2 showcases for ice-cream, a series of 6040 TS H1200 positive temperature showcases with epoxy powder coated interiors and neutral and refrigerated standard inox basements.
