In the Roman restaurant scene, Manìs Bistrot stands out for its use of high-quality technical and furnishing solutions. The project was carried out in collaboration with Localiarreda, an official CIAM distributor, which supplied professional refrigerated display cases for food presentation and preservation.

Installed equipment includes:

• Ventilated refrigerated bar Counters with a Santa Margherita Mistral top and work surface, designed to ensure thermal efficiency and durability. The operator side is finished with RAL 7006 epoxy powder coating, ideal for professional environments.
• Flat refrigerated and dry heated showcases with R4UP model display case, RAL 9010 painted finishes, worktop and side panel in Santa Margherita Mistral, and sliding glass panels in frame, designed for visually appealing product presentation.
