Lavazza – London

Lavazza chooses Ciam technology for the opening of its first flagship store outside Italy, in the heart of London. For this unique location, Ciam supplied the entire semi-finished line for the two sales areas: the bar area and the take-away area. For both, Ciam supplied neutral and refrigerated basements from the Compact line, which were custom-made and painted in RAL 7021, and tops in Caesarstone 6338 Woodland. The bar area is equipped with a Flat TS display case for the preservation and display of fresh pastries. This display case is equipped with Ciam’s patented NoFog anti-fog system, and features internal shelves made of Caesarstone 6338 Woodland. A second Flat TS display case is located in the take-away area, and is equipped with an illuminated intermediate shelf and NoFog system. The take-away area also features two Classic cabinets (one refrigerated and the other warm), both wheeled and customized with a RAL 7021 finish. The same take-away area also boasts a static Flat display case with sliding glass gantry, model R2, which is equipped with an internal Caesarstone shelf and powder-coated metal sheets.
