La Panna Bakery- Taranto

The Ciam technology selected by Scalera Group for La Panna pastry shop in Taranto includes the following products: 4 6040 G1 display cases for pastry, equipped with display trays, work top and perimeter top made of Laminam Fokos Sale and sheet metal painted in RAL 9010 matte finish. One of the 4 display cases was equipped with a hot plate for proper preservation of products.

The supply was later supplemented with 2 Murozero low-temperature and positive-temperature vertical display cases. The door finishes were made in matte gold finish. The back, sides and base are made of antiqued mirror.
