Hangout caffè – Rome

Ciam technology provided for this exclusive restaurant designed by arch. Ciccalotti includes custom Flat display cases and Standard basements. The special feature of the bar counter, designed by arch. Ciccalotti and realised in-house by Ciam according to the customer’s requirements, features two versions, the “daytime” and “evening” versions. In its “daytime” guise, used mainly for breakfasts, we see the brass counter, positioned as in the photo. The same is then repurposed to the “evening” version, used for aperitifs. The countertop is taken out and placed over the display case, creating a mixing bar counter for aperitifs and cocktails, uncovering the stone front below.
