Generoso – Ercolano
Matteo Cutolo, in 2016 winner of the Italian pastry championship and named in 2017 best pastry chef in the world Fipgc (International Federation of Pastry, Gelato and Chocolate Making), chooses Ciam technology for his restaurant in Ercolano, thanks to the collaboration with the company Eurobar Impianti srl.
The Ciam supply includes three Ice Queen 1 model showcases, BL version, two of them for ice cream and one for pastry. The worktops were made of Santa Margherita Rodi in a brushed finish. The display cases were covered with a wooden paneling, featuring the customer’s logo in embossed steel. The supply was completed by a Tortuga 2 pastry display case with interiors coated in RAL 1015 Light Ivory, and an ambient counter equipped with a welded display case, also featuring a worktop in Santa Margherita Rodi in a brushed finish. The paneling was made of Santa Margherita Rodi in a brushed finish.
