Gelateria De Santis – Porto Rotondo

In the heart of Porto Rotondo, Gelateria De Santis has chosen CIAM solutions to combine functionality and elegance in a space dedicated to the artisanal gelato experience.

At the center of the project is the Circle pozzetti gelato with glycol refrigeration, equipped with reserve tubs and enhanced by a refined welded glass canopy. The solution is completed by Circle’s exclusive flush-mounted flat lids, a distinctive feature that ensures visual cleanliness, seamless surfaces, and a minimalist design capable of highlighting both the product and the identity of the venue.

The display case is further distinguished by its front cladding made with Marazzi Lume China Lux tiles, a porcelain stoneware with a handcrafted majolica effect that recalls artisanal tradition through textured surfaces, irregular shades, and rich, deep reflections. This unique finish captures and reflects light, creating ever-changing chromatic effects that transform the display case into a striking focal point, capable of blending harmoniously with its surroundings while reinforcing the venue’s distinctive character.

Completing the layout, Compact refrigerated and ambient counters provide operational versatility, contributing to a harmonious, functional, and perfectly organized space.

The entire project is further enhanced by Carrara marble worktops, a material choice that brings brightness, refinement, and a distinctive character to the environment, emphasizing the essential lines of the CIAM solutions and their ability to integrate elegantly into high-end settings.
