The layout features 6040 and Flat gelato and pastry display cases with G1 glass gantry—a solution that facilitates the operator’s workflow thanks to the “soft‑closing” sliding glass cover and integrated LED lighting. The plexiglass drop-down panel and the openable glass top further enhance accessibility.

The counter also includes a custom corner display case, seamlessly aligned with the other modules. The structures are finished in NCS 2005 Y20R, while the perimeter tops and worktops are made of matte ivory lime stoneware, ensuring both durability and elegance.

The display cases are equipped with the NoFog anti‑fogging system: a patented CIAM technology that guarantees optimal visibility at all times.
