Dedicato Bakery – Taranto

Dedicato, located within the Mongolfiera Shopping Gallery in Taranto, stands out for its contemporary and welcoming atmosphere. CIAM managed both the display and refrigeration solutions as well as numerous bespoke furnishing elements, helping to create a cohesive and distinctive environment. Premium materials and warm color palettes guide customers through the space, creating an elegant and engaging experience.

At the heart of the project are the 6040 display cases, available in both heated and refrigerated versions and configured with a variety of display solutions to best showcase the food offering. The display cases equipped with the R4UP glass gantry, featuring an upward-opening mechanism, combine ease of use with clean, streamlined aesthetics. Meanwhile, the versions fitted with the G1 sliding glass gantry and internal bridge shelf expand merchandising possibilities and enhance product visibility. The installation is further enriched by the use of Laminam Nero Assoluto for worktops and visible surfaces, adding a sophisticated and contemporary touch.

Completing the layout, the Standard Line refrigerated and ambient counters ensure visual continuity and maximum operational efficiency, resulting in a harmonious space where design, technology, and customization coexist in perfect balance.
