Contemporary design and technological innovation
The Vertigo series consists of three linear modules (1110, 1610, and 2106 mm) with 8-mm glass sides, and two 30° corner modules, which can be perfectly channeled thanks to the mechanical clamping of the pre-molded sides and front uprights. The tanks are monolithic, steel-clad and insulated with environmentally friendly polyurethane, while the display area is in polished stainless steel.
The showcase has heated front glass with patented anti-fog system, and the front glass can be opened downward. The sides are stratified and heated with mirror screen printing. The polished aluminum ceiling light includes an integrated Plexiglass sliding track with airtight closure. Uprights, shelf supports and profiles are in polished aluminum, with glass shelves.
Lighting is provided by 3000°K diffused LED micro-lamps. Vertigo display cases are designed for excellent performance. Ice cream display cases have semi-hermetic motors with ultra-fast reverse cycle programmed defrosts. Pastry display cabinets offer a wide range of versions (ventilated refrigerated, ventilated refrigerated with drawers, static, fully refrigerated), designed to meet all the needs of pastry chefs and maintain a constant temperature in refrigerated areas.
