The Vertigo series consists of three linear modules (1110, 1610, and 2106 mm) with 8-mm glass sides, and two 30° corner modules, which can be perfectly channeled thanks to the mechanical clamping of the pre-molded sides and front uprights. The tanks are monolithic, steel-clad and insulated with environmentally friendly polyurethane, while the display area is in polished stainless steel. The showcase has heated front glass with patented anti-fog system, and the front glass can be opened downward. The sides are stratified and heated with mirror screen printing. The polished aluminum ceiling light includes an integrated Plexiglass sliding track with airtight closure. Uprights, shelf supports and profiles are in polished aluminum, with glass shelves. Lighting is provided by 3000°K diffused LED micro-lamps. Vertigo display cases are designed for excellent performance. Ice cream display cases have semi-hermetic motors with ultra-fast reverse cycle programmed defrosts. Pastry display cabinets offer a wide range of versions (ventilated refrigerated, ventilated refrigerated with drawers, static, fully refrigerated), designed to meet all the needs of pastry chefs and maintain a constant temperature in refrigerated areas.

Customization
All visible components can be customized using the Ciam's Materials range, which includes a wide selection of stoneware, acrylics, quartz compounds, natural stones, epoxy powder-coated sheets, sheets with electroplating treatment, brass, and wood.
Channeling
Vertigo display cases can be perfectly channeled in aesthetic continuity regardless of the type of system (ice cream, pastry, deli...).

Design Focus
Paneled set-up
Vertigo showcases can be supplied with HPL cladding or lacquered paneling upon request.
Semi-finished set-up
Vertigo showcases can also be supplied in an uncladded version, in this case the cladding is provided by the customer.
Adjustable shelves
Intermediate glass shelves, where planned, have integrated micro-lighting. Both height and depth adjustments are made by means of low-voltage electrified racks, which avoid the use of electric cables.
Digital thermometer
The temperature repeater is digital, and it is inserted flush with the top.
Cutting-edge technology at the service of your spaces
Positive temperature
Refrigeration of Vertigo positive-temperature display cases features high humidity that ensures proper preservation of displayed products; the first glass shelf is also refrigerated, increasing the possibility of displaying cold products. Defrosts are automatic and programmed for professional and extended use.
Low temperature
The Vertigo ice cream display cabinets are equipped with single air flow and two evaporators, which allow perfect storage of the ice cream and ensure cooling uniformity across all trays. Programmed defrosts are ultra-quick thanks to cycle reversal, while the semi-hermetic condensing units are well sized to ensure proper operation in all weather conditions.
NoFog
The perfect transparency and lightness of the showcase is the basis of a high-quality display, which is why CIAM has patented an innovative anti-fog system that involves the use of 8mm-thick pyrolytic glass powered by low voltage. In this way, the effect of a typical glass showcase is achieved even with the use of hot glass.
Technical Features
Ventilated refrigerated version with drawers
Vertigo positive-temperature display cabinets are also available with drawers. This variant is particularly suitable and practical for meat, cheese and cold cuts products.
Dry heat

Hot bain-marie
Hot bain-marie display cabinets are equipped with a pressed steel countertop with inner rounded edges, designed to house gastronorm trays. Upon request, they can also be equipped with perforated stainless steel trays instead of GN trays.
Flavour plates
Ice cream shop models are equipped with backlit flavor plates.
PETG sliding doors
The operator enters the refrigerated compartment through PETG sliding doors with perimeter gaskets, which ensure that the refrigerated compartment is hermetically sealed.
Touch control unit
The electronic control unit is the standard Touch type.
Lighting
The lighting with 3000°K diffused LEDs is perfect for enhancing the products displayed in our showcases. The LED strips are integrated with the unique aluminum light fixture, both in the version without shelf, in the version with a fixed shelf and in the innovative version with a shelf adjustable in height and depth on a low-voltage electrified racks.
Removable condensing unit
In Vertigo showcases, the condensing unit can be removed from its housing. This allows easy cleaning and maintenance of the unit.
Ciam Connect
With the Ciam Connect feature, the showcase is connected to an online cloud, from where all functions can be managed. Moreover, an alarm reporting and fault prevention service is available.
QR code
In the technical compartment there is a product plate with an QR code from which the operation and maintenance manuals and other technical content related to the product can be downloaded.
