Moon Line is the cocktail station made entirely of brushed steel. The central tank is insulated and equipped with five dynamic compartments, which can be used both as worktops and containers. The station is equipped with an ice tank, a topping dispenser with five circular steel trays, and an internal compartment for 100/250 ml bottles. The station includes a sink with integrated glass rinser, a sliding polyethylene cutting board, and a waste hopper with a pull-out drawer for collection. In addition, there is a speedrack and counter with a ambient compartment closed by steel hinged doors. The chilled version provides a dual temp refrigerated compartment (+4°C/-18°C) with hinged doors instead of the ambient counter. The plinth is made of steel with adjustable feet. The top is available in different versions: flat, with 59 mm splashback, with 190 mm splashback, or with bar mat and integrated water drain.

The design idea

The design idea

The creative and functional heart of Moon Line is represented by Bruno Vanzan, one of the most internationally renowned bartenders, who together with designer Fabiano Zucconi actively collaborated with CIAM on the development of this work station. Many years of experience in the world of bartending and a deep understanding of the daily needs of operators have ensured that this workstation reflects the highest standards of the industry.

Wash area

Wash area

The sink is made of welded steel with integrated glass chiller and pull-out shower faucet, ergonomic tools for quick cleaning and efficient preparation.

Worktop

The worktop is made of stainless steel, and all internal tanks and compartments are welded.

Central tank

The central tank is insulated and equipped with five dynamic compartments that can be used both as worktops and containers. It also includes an ice tray, a topping dispenser with five circular steel trays, and an inner compartment for bottles from 100 to 250 ml.

Steel finish

Moon Line is made entirely of stainless steel, the finish is brushed.

Flat Top

This set-up includes the supply of stainless steel trays for perfect coverage of the top including a special pull-down faucet.

Bar mat

Type “D” plans have steel bar mats with built-in water drainage.

Sliding polyethylene cutting board

The sink area is equipped with a practical sliding cutting board with waste hopper on lower recovery bin accessible by hinged door.

Speedrack

Moon Line stations have a practical speedrack for bottles with 100/250 ml capacity.

Topping dispenser

The work surface is equipped with a topping dispenser complete with five circular steel trays.

The touch control unit allows you to manage the temperature of the storage cell.

Technical Specifications

Ciam Connect

Upon request, it is possible to include the Ciam Connect package that allows the refrigerator to be online, connected to a cloud from which many functions can be managed; in addition to that alarm reporting and fault prevention service would be included.

QR Code

Inside the counter a product tag with a QR code can be found. The code links to a page where user and maintenance manuals and other technical content related to the product can be downloaded.
