Moon Light is the perfect recessed cocktail station for those looking for an ultra-compact and functional solution. This drop-in cocktail station features a minimalist and modern design with practical details that make the bartender's job easier. Moon Light is made of brushed steel, and the central tank is insulated and equipped with two side bottle compartments, plexiglass dividers, a compartment for four 1/9 GN trays, a polyethylene cutting board, and a removable operator-side bar mat. The perimeter edge of the station allows it to be recessed on the top.

    The design idea

    The creative and functional heart of Moon Light is Bruno Vanzan, one of the most internationally renowned bartenders, who together with designer Fabiano Zucconi actively collaborated with CIAM on the development of this drop-in cocktail station.

    The central tank is insulated and designed for storing ice, and the two side compartments are designed to hold bottles. The tank is therefore perfect for keeping ingredients fresh and handy.

    The station is equipped with a compartment used to hold four 1/9 GN trays, designed to better organize the ingredients needed for cocktails.
