Customization
IslandZero cabinets are fully customizable in interior and exterior finishes with RAL coatings or galvanic treatments of your choice. The glass screen printing can be personalized upon request too.
IslandZero refrigerated cabinets can also be manifactured with non-standard dimensions and custom solutions, such as in the case of refrigerated walls with stacked cabinets.
Zero doors
Zero doors are made of triple pane thermal glass and are meant to be installed flush with the wall. Airtight closure is ensured by perimeter magnetic seals, door opening is up to 100°, and hydraulic hinges have controlled automatic soft closing. Profiles and door frame are made of aluminum, and the screen printing is mirror finish. Upon request, it is possible to have it in a different RAL color.
Two-Sided Version
Islandzero cabinets are also available in the two-sided version, equipped with Zero doors on both sides.

Dimensions
The depth of the Islandzero cabinets is 673 mm, and the total height is 2474 mm. These cabinets are available in the following standard lengths: 768, 1368, 1968, 2568 mm. Upon request, it is possible to manufacture these cabinets with customized dimensions.
Channeling in aesthetic continuity
Islandzero cabinets can be channeled into aesthetic continuity.
Electronic lock
Upon request, the doors can be equipped with a key lock. The electronic lock with Rfid badge is an optional equipment alternative to the classic key lock.

Thermodynamics
In Islandzero cabinets the evaporator is placed in the ceiling and through forced air circulation the cold reaches all display shelves evenly.
Lighting
In fully glazed cabinets such as the Brilliant, light is essential for a spectacular product display. This is why Ciam has chosen to install an elegant lighting system with perfectly integrated 3000°K no-spot LED strips on the four internal uprights of the cabinet. A dimmer to adjust the lighting intensity can be requested as an optional equipment. A cooler (4000°K) or warmer (2700°K) gradation is available upon request.
Ciam Connect
With Ciam Connect, the cabinet is connected online to a cloud from which all functions can be managed. Ciam connect also includes an alarm reporting and fault prevention service.

Dual-Temp
IslandZero cabinets can be equipped with a system that allows dual differential temperature.
Touch control unit
The elegant touch control unit is standard on all refrigerated modules.
Humidity Control
Upon request, it is possible to have humidity control on refrigerated cabinets, specifically for fresh pastry and praline use; this is compatible with both the standard touch control unit and the Touch Pro control panel.
Electronic tangential fans
Tangential fans are electronic with low noise impact (<25dBA).
Condensate evaporator pan
If it is not possible to connect the water outlet system with a floor drain Brilliant cabinets can be equipped with a condensate evaporator pan with electric heaters.
Electric defrosting
The defrosting is electric with heating elements, which speeds up the defrosting time as well as preventing ice formation.
Electronic thermostatic valve
An electronic thermostatic valve can be included as optional equipment, specifically in the case of connections to refrigeration rack system.
Connection to refrigeration rack system
Upon request and with prior verification and approval by the technical department, CO2 systems for connection to refrigeration rack systems can be planned.
QR Code
Inside the cabinet a product tag with a QR code can be found. The code links to a page where user and maintenance manuals and other technical content related to the product can be downloaded.
