The Ice Screen Gelato Counters series consists of 6 linear modules 2 - 4 - 6 - 8 - 10 - 12 tound tubs, available in versions with and without storage. The static glycol refrigeration is perfect for ensuring temperature uniformity for fast ice cream scooping for both upper and lower round tubs. Ice Screen pozzetto gelato feature hinged tilting doors in the top with soft-closing, equipped with integrated video walls in total black (RAL 9005) finish. Graphics and video communication can be customized via special web application, and data transfer is via USB flash drive.

Ice Screen doors
IceScreen pozzetti gelato feature insulated tilting doors, hinged into the work surface with soft closing. Through manual opening of the doors, the operator accesses the refrigerated round tubs. Video communication and graphic communication video walls are integrated with the doors in total black finish.
Web application for content management
The user can customize the graphics of the ice cream flavors transmitted in the 13" video walls via a special web application; once the configuration is chosen, the user downloads the videos, which he or she then transfers to the monitors via a special USB stick.
Glycol filling system
The glycol liquid is inserted into the counter through the push-pull plug built into the top, the correct level is reached once the liquid flows out through the lower pipeline, which is equipped with a shut-off valve.

Round tubs system
Ice Screen pozzetti counters are equipped with stainless steel round tubs of diameter 200mm H250mm (7Lt), the latter are housed on stainless steel slots with anti-rotation system on 4 points. Circle pozzetti counters can be supplied with and without round tubs storage. The upper ring consists of an innovative plastic collar that is flush with the top and perfectly coplanar with the inner walls of the slot.
Skirting
The skirting is made of powder-coated steel and lowered to accommodate the condensing unit.
Stainless steel kickplate
Upon request, a stainless-steel casing can be applied to finish the end of the horizontal base profiles.
Kit of casters
Casters can be applied instead of feet, upon request.

Glycol refrigeration
Ice Screen pozzetti have static glycol refrigeration, which ensures perfect temperature uniformity between the upper and reserve round tubs (ΔT 1°C). The glycol pozzetto never defrosts! This avoids thermal shock to the ice cream, which can be kept longer.
Energy saving
The glycol pozzetto is a product that ensures high energy saving. The module has 70mm insulation made of environmentally friendly polyurethane, the compressor duty cycle is 15%, only 20 minutes in 2 hours! In addition, under favorable environmental conditions with low humidity, further energy saving can be achieved by turning off the electric heating around the rings.
Ciam Connect
With Ciam Connect, the refrigerator is online and from the cloud you can manage all functions in addition to the alarm reporting and fault prevention service.
