Glass structure
The glass gantry is made of heated double-glazed glass and is available in three heights: H1200, H1350, and H1500. Profiles and uprights are in polished aluminum, with custom finishes available upon request. The front glass is equipped with a power-assisted upward-opening system, facilitating inspection and cleaning. In the 45° corner configuration, the glass opens downward.
Customization
Surface finishes, cladding, and glass screen-printing can be customized using CIAM's extensive range of materials, including porcelain stoneware, acrylics, quartz composites, natural stones, epoxy powder-coated sheet metal, galvanized sheet metal, brass, wood, and ceramic coatings.
Channeling

The Ice Queen professional showcase series consists of three linear modules (1150, 1650, and 2150 mm), available in three different heights.
Sliding doors
Access to the refrigerated compartment is provided by PETG sliding doors with perimeter gaskets. Upon request, a micro-fabric night curtain can be installed instead of the sliding doors.
Upward opening
The front glass is equipped with a gas-strut power-assisted system and opens upwards.

The standard screen-printing features a mirror finish; custom colors are available upon request.

Bain-marie Warm
Bain-marie warm showcases feature a molded steel internal tank with rounded corners and are designed to accommodate GN 1/1 containers. Upon request, bain-marie versions can be equipped with perforated steel trays as an alternative to GN containers.
Lighting
The system features 3000 K "no spot" LED strips integrated into the uprights, the top profile, and the glass shelves' micro-fixtures. Cooler (4000 K) or warmer (2700 K) color temperatures are available upon request.
YRIS Optional
The innovative Yris system allows real-time lighting customization via Bluetooth App, with full control over color temperature (2700K–5000K) and intensity (0–100%).
Multix
The MULTIX system allows for the monitoring and adjustment of temperature and humidity according to specific requirements. Thanks to inverter technology and proprietary software developed by Gelsystem, it ensures maximum efficiency and consistent performance by preventing thermal fluctuations. Heat is generated via hot gas injection rather than electric heating elements, ensuring significant energy and cost savings.
Condensate evaporator pan
If a direct drain connection is not available, the showcases can be equipped with a condensate evaporation tray featuring self-limiting electric heating elements.
Ciam Connect
With Ciam Connect, the refrigerator is online, and all functions can be managed via the cloud, in addition to the alarm notification and fault prevention service.
QR Code
The product data plate, located in the technical compartment, features a QR code for downloading use and maintenance manuals, as well as other technical documentation related to the product.
