Ice Design Live Stations offer ice cream professionals the opportunity to create real Live Show Cooking shows in front of customers, preparing traditional and gourmet ice creams, parfaits, cakes, popsicles and granitas. They also allow the creation of fruit salads, juices and extracts. This new concept allows operators to customize the configuration of the stations, integrating equipment according to the needs of the desired show cooking. Stations can be equipped with a vertical freezing machine, a horizontal freezing machine, a cold plate, a tempering machine, ice cream pozzetti, yogurt trays, and a positive/negative refrigerator.

Ciam's Gelato Showcase, with the integration of Pure Acrylic Stone pans, conceived and patented by gelato maker and designer Raffaele De Angelis, represents a modular coplanar system that combines design, dynamism and mechanical and thermal resistance. Ice cream tubs thus become an indispensable complement and an integral part of the point-of-sale communication, making the top multifunctional and equipable with full and empty parts, cylindrical round tubs, stick holders and classics. This system encourages the transfer of the emotion and dedication that the ice cream maker infuses into his or her workshop every day.
