Sleek and modern designfor superb refrigeration solutions
Unique design
The product design revolutionizes the presentation of ice cream, combining simplicity and essentiality with strong expressiveness. Thanks to its dynamic and ergonomic size, it makes it possible to create ice cream shops in unthinkable spaces. The intelligent use of technology makes the system smart, ensuring efficiency and functionality. This design represents an innovative future for ice cream distribution.
Refrigerated display
Ice cream is stored in 10-liter cylindrical round tubs, with the option of adding a double storage level underneath the serving ones.
Side modules
The lateral storage modules are multifunctional with arrangement for the connection of various machineries (cream whipper, cash register, etc...). The finish is in brushed steel with sink and hopper for separated waste on one side, on the other side with doors on storage module; the shelves are adjustable in glass.

Shutter
Side modules are equipped with two 2 aluminum shutters for the hermetic locking of each side of GelatoWall.
Additional module
Upon request, it is also possible to provide the front counter with rounded edges in mirror finish with backlit logo, brushed steel sides and acrylic top with the possibility of flush integration of the screen for order management.

Automatic coplanar doors
Access to the refrigerated compartment is through insulated doors with automated opening, thanks to a patented laser detection system and a control unit with three modes: Automatic, Loading and Cleaning. The operator can approach the ice cream packaging area without touching anything, and the refrigerated compartment closes automatically when the operator moves away.
Integrated video screens
The mirrored glass exterior cladding is designed for the integration of programmable video walls, which can be managed through dedicated software for the input of ice cream flavors and interactive graphics.
Lighting
At the opening of the doors the internal indirect lighting is activated with 3000°K diffused LED.
Technical Features
EasyPay payment system
Upon request, it is possible to add a system for choosing the packaging of the ice cream directly by the customer through a totem with an interactive touch screen. This system also allows instant payment by credit card and printing of the order to the GelatoWall operator.
Internal condensing unit
GelatoWall is designed as a plug-in, which is why the condensing unit is internal, hermetic, and located at the top of the refrigerator. The system is provided with eco-friendly gas R290.
Touch control panel
The elegant touch control panel is fitted as standard on GelatoWall.
Ventilated refrigeration
GelatoWall is a refrigerated vertical cabinet for frozen application (-18°C) with a high-efficiency ventilated refrigeration system, particularly suitable for artisan gelato.
Automatic reverse cycle defrosting
Programmed defrostings are ultra-rapid reverse cycle.
Ciam Connect
With Ciam Connect, the cabinet is connected online to a cloud from which all functions can be managed. Ciam connect also includes an alarm reporting and fault prevention service.
QR code
Inside the refrigerator there is a product label with a QR code from which user and maintenance manuals and other technical content related to the product can be downloaded.
