The Exclusive Zero cabinet series meet all multilevel refrigerated vertical display needs with a wide range of customisations in finishes, sizes and layouts. Both the design and technology of this family of refrigerated cabinets allow the product to be flexibly adapted to various commercial configurations: white wines and champagnes, red wines, packaged meats, cold cuts, cheese, and fresh pastries.

Customization
Exclusive Zero cabinets are fully customizable. Starting from the Ciam Materials range, it is possible to customize the interior finishes of the cladding sheets, shelves, frame, door handles and screen printings as well as the exterior finishes, using a wide selection of stoneware, quartz compounds, natural stones, timber, mirrors, ceramic screen printings, acrylics, powder coatings and galvanic treatments.
Zero doors
Zero doors are made of triple pane thermal glass and are meant to be installed flush with the wall. Airtight closure is ensured by perimeter magnetic seals, door opening is up to 100°, and hydraulic hinges have controlled automatic soft closing. Zero doors can be heated on request to increase their anti-condensation performance.
Coplanar sliding doors
The coplanar system of double pane glass sliding doors is a special configuration which can be applied to the 2800mm long model. It is an automated sliding door system with touch-less door opening and closing sensor. Application on models of different lengths is not excluded but requires verification and approval by the technical department.

Dimensions
Exclusive Zero cabinets are available in different lengths and depths: the door size is 700mm, the height is 2200mm, and the standard depths are 400, 580 and 740mm. However, these dimensions can still be customized upon request to meet design requirements, with fast technical processing and production times.
Channeling in aesthetic continuity
Exclusive Zero cabinets be channeled in aesthetic continuity, with intermediate double-glazed side integrated between the two refrigerated modules.
Sequential channeling
Exclusive Zero cabinets can be channeled sequentially by placing them side by side.
Electronic lock
The electronic lock with Rfid badge is an optional equipment alternative to the classic key lock.

Thermodynamics
The cabinet thermodynamics ensure perfect equalization of temperatures on all shelves.
Lighting
Exclusive Zero cabinets are equipped with an elegant indirect lighting system featuring diffused LEDs with 3000°K gradation, perfectly integrated into the door frame. Standard no-spot LED lighting is 3000°K, gradations can be cool at 4000°K and warm at 2700°K (on request).
Touch control unit
The touch control unit is located at the top of the cabinet, integrated in a steel casing matching the color of the ceiling.
Technical Features
Electronic tangential fans
Tangential fans are electronic with low noise impact (<25dBA).
R290 Gas in Plug-in versions
Plug-in versions work with the environmentally friendly gas R290
Remote condensing unit
Exclusive Zero cabinets are usually supplied with remote condensing units, in which case FGAS R452a is used.
Connection to refrigeration rack system
Upon request and with prior verification and approval by the technical department, CO2 systems for connection to refrigeration rack systems can be planned.
Electric defrosting
Automatic defrosting is electric to speed up the melting of ice in on the evaporator, preserving proper operation of the refrigerator even under the most extreme conditions
Electronic thermostatic valve
The mechanical thermostatic valve is part of the standard equipment and is a practical and convenient solution to regulate the refrigeration system. The electronic thermostatic valve can be requested as optional equipment
Ciam Connect
With Ciam Connect, the cabinet is connected online to a cloud from which all functions can be managed. Ciam connect also includes an alarm reporting and fault prevention service.
QR Code
Inside the cabinet a product tag with a QR code can be found. The code links to a page where user and maintenance manuals and other technical content related to the product can be downloaded.
