The Brilliant refrigerated cabinets are fully glazed and designed for island use (center of the room). This type of cabinet captivates with its sophistication, transparency and impressive sizing. Brilliant is available in single- or double-door versions with opening on one side only or double-sided doors. This refrigerated cabinet works for various product categories: pastry, frozen desserts, pralines, deli, cured meats, wines and champagnes.

Customization
Brilliant cabinets are fully customizable in interior and exterior finishes with RAL coatings or galvanic treatments of your choice. The glass screen printing can be personalized upon request too. Brilliant refrigerated cabinets can also be manifactured with non-standard dimensions and custom solutions, such as in the case of refrigerated walls with stacked cabinets.
Premium doors
Premium doors are made of triple pane glass and extend over the entire front surface of the cabinet. The two-door model has no center mullion; the magnetic seals are built into the four vertical mullions. The door opening is up to 100°, and the hydraulic hinges have automatic controlled soft closing. Premium doors are standard heated for freezer versions and already equipped with No-Fog film, while for refrigerated units, heating can be requested as an optional feature.
Brilliant GT
In this version particularly popular with designers, the walls are fully glazed with no visible mullions. Handles are “recessed” and flush with the door. The base front panel is either mirrored or coated glass with matching aluminum frame. The interior glass shelves are adjustable on self-supporting rack tubulars. No-spot 3000°K LED strip lighting is perfectly integrated into the interior vertical edges.

Design focus
Two-sided version
Brilliant cabinet are also available in a two-sided version, equipped with premium doors on both sides. This version is provided for no-freezer units only.
Channeling in aesthetic continuity
Brilliant cabinets can be placed side by side in aesthetic continuity.
Electronic lock
Upon request, the doors can be equipped with a key lock. The electronic lock with Rfid badge is an optional equipment alternative to the classic key lock.

Thermodynamics
In Brilliant cabinets the evaporator is placed in the lower tank and through forced air circulation the cold reaches all display shelves evenly.
Lighting
In fully glazed cabinets such as the Brilliant, light is essential for a spectacular product display. This is why Ciam has chosen to install an elegant lighting system with perfectly integrated 3000°K no-spot LED strips on the four internal uprights of the cabinet. A dimmer to adjust the lighting intensity can be requested as an optional equipment.
Ciam Connect
With Ciam Connect, the cabinet is connected online to a cloud from which all functions can be managed. Ciam connect also includes an alarm reporting and fault prevention service.

Dual-Temp
Two-doors Brilliant cabinets can be supplied with a dual-temperature differentiated system.
Humidity Control
Upon request, it is possible to have humidity control on refrigerated cabinets, specifically for fresh pastry and praline use; this is compatible with both the standard touch control unit and the Touch Pro control panel.
Touch control unit
The elegant touch control unit is standard on all refrigerated modules.
Ciam Touch Pro Panel
Upon request, it is possible to equip Brilliant cabinets with the Touch Pro control panel for professional use. The panel allows the refrigerator's performance to be fully exploited.
Condensate evaporator pan
If it is not possible to connect the water outlet system with a floor drain Brilliant cabinets can be equipped with a condensate evaporator pan with electric heaters.
Electric defrosting
Upon request, defrosting of the cooling compartment can be achieved with electric heating elements, which speeds up defrosting time and prevents ice formation.
Reverse cycle defrosting
All freezer models have standard ultra-fast reverse cycle defrosting. With these units, the condensing unit is always remote.
Electronic thermostatic valve
An electronic thermostatic valve can be included as optional equipment, specifically in the case of connections to refrigeration rack system.
QR code
Inside the cabinet a product tag with a QR code can be found. The code links to a page where user and maintenance manuals and other technical content related to the product can be downloaded.
