Under the concept “Powering the Future of Gelato,” the company demonstrated how intelligence applied to refrigeration can meet the most complex challenges of contemporary Food Retail.

Intelligence as a Vision

At the heart of the exhibition, the integration of aesthetics and high performance guided professionals and visitors toward a new way of conceiving refrigeration. The undisputed protagonists were the Ice Queen collection, with its more uniform LED lighting and advanced cooling systems, and Mya, an icon of versatility and contemporary design. Significant attention was also drawn to Circle, the iconic customizable pozzetti counter, and Eclipse, which impressed with its striking curved glass and innovative shape.

Industrial Tailoring and Global Vision

The immersive booth experience allowed visitors to experience the quality of our Industrial Tailoring firsthand. Direct engagement with industry professionals and performances by Massimiliano Scotti highlighted CIAM’s mission: to be the partner of choice for high-end pastry and gelato, offering sustainable systems throughout their entire life cycle.

The collaboration with Marazzi Ceramiche showcased our ability to integrate “Couture Materials” into professional technology, creating a unique offering for the international Ho.Re.Ca sector. This synergy reinforces the company’s ability to provide innovative, tailor-made solutions while keeping craftsmanship and technology at the center.
