The Harmony Scale CIAM

Five key words that express the values on which the visions, actions, projects, and relationships of CIAM’s philosophy are based: a company that is, above all, a community.
The document defining the values of corporate ethics, “The Harmony Scale,” was presented during the event held on Friday, June 27, in the Lounge Hall of the Head Quarter in Petrignano di Assisi. It is the synthesis of everything that forms the CIAM experience.
A company that has always been attentive to human sustainability, relationships, and the well-being of the people who, with awareness, professionalism, and commitment, operate daily in its various locations, embodying its know-how and values.
A company that makes harmony the key to growth and achieving its goals. A journey through the founding principles of corporate identity, illustrated directly by those who have wanted and believed in innovation and human sustainability as tools for growth, the CEO Federico Malizia, who, in the presence of over two hundred CIAM employees, immersed himself in a scenario that placed values and people at the center.
Together, Light, Roots, Essence, Infinity
Five words that create a narrative of sharing, openness, transparency, sensitivity, listening, and improvement, where the present is in continuous dialogue with the future, and where every idea and contribution represent a potential to be encouraged and valued.
A narrative that is, above all, reality, one that is expressed every day in CIAM starting from its origins, from the bond with the territory, and materializing in the essence of what truly matters: the importance of continuous growth as the ultimate goal. A narrative that starts from the analysis of the present and aims straight at the future and the infinity of its possibilities.
A moment, that of the internal event at CIAM, which marked a further step in the sustainable journey that also saw the recent renovation of the HQ spaces in Petrignano as a sign of a new approach to work, its procedures, the quality of time spent on-site, and the well-being of people, the greatest potential a company can have.
