Every year on March 24th, gelato makers and enthusiasts across Europe come together to celebrate the European Day of Artisan Gelato.

As tradition dictates, the flavor of the year is also celebrated, and with its evocative name, Hallelujah, it pays homage to the Jubilee that has just begun. 

Created by Vincenzo Squatrito from Ritrovo Orchidea, Hallelujah is a delicious gianduia with toasted hazelnuts, enriched with a pure chocolate swirl. 

A celebratory day and a special flavor that highlight one of the symbols of Italian tradition, artisan gelato, which combines quality, freshness, and creativity, and today finds its official definition in the document drafted by Acomag and Unione Italiana Food to preserve its authenticity.
