The 46th edition of the Sigep in Rimini was for CIAM a hub that introduced its visitors to a world of futuristic visions, but also the stage to present important innovations such as the two groundbreaking technologies 4Mode and No-Ice: two tools which also thanks to the contribution of Al are revolutionizing refrigeration design in terms of efficiency, energy saving and performance.
There was no lack of events and awards that saw the Moon project, in its Open version, shine: from the Lorenzo Cagnoni Innovation Award to the Comunicando Award, promoted by the magazine punto.IT, Moon Open marked an important milestone in the evolution and future of haute mixology.
Participation, curiosity and interest were also the cornerstones of the LIMITLESS MIXOLOGY FUTURE event, which on Sunday 19 January featured two exceptional bartenders, Bruno Vanzan and Alessandro Vitiello, respectively the creator and inspirer of MOON Open, the latest revolutionary product from CIAM, the workstation whose futuristic and inclusive design is conceived to guarantee equal opportunities for all workers.
