SIGEP and SIRHA 2025: a new season of exhibition events kicks off.
At the 46th edition of SIGEP in Rimini, from January 18 to 22, and at the 2025 edition of SIRHA in Lyon, January 23 to 27, CIAM will open a HUB to the future with two immersive exhibits signed by Fabrizio Milesi.
A new appointment with the excellence of pastry, bakery and ice cream, which will not fail to surprise with novelties and visions around the most innovative design and technologies, starting with CIAM’s new products. In fact, two new CIAM technologies will be presented at both exhibitions, Sigep and Sirha: two innovative tools that see the brand’s experience in the field of efficiency, optimization and sustainability expanded and elevated, also thanks to the contribution of AI.

An innovative technology that allows four different set-ups on the same display case (pastry, chocolate, wine and gastronomy). Through a new refrigerant gas flow optimization system, the system also allows for the management of dehumidification and defrosting activities in the display case, generating 30% savings in consumption.
No-Ice
the innovative intelligent showcase defrosting system.
This new technology uses AI to automatically calculate the defrost cycles of the showcase. Defrosting will no longer be scheduled, but AI will take action only when necessary, again generating significant energy savings.
But the news does not end at SIGEP.
An exclusive event will enrich the 2025 program and enliven the CIAM booth on Sunday, January 19: LIMITLESS MIXOLOGY FUTURE. Renowned bartender Bruno Vanzan will return to Sigep together with CIAM to unveil the new MOON station to the visitors.
